NEO STAY is operated by NEO Business Solutions, Peshawar, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or use the NEO STAY application.

1. Who is responsible for what

When a property uses NEO STAY to record its own guests, the property (our customer) decides what guest information is entered and why. For that guest data we act as a service provider that stores and processes it on the property’s behalf. For the information of our own customers and website visitors, we are responsible for how it is used.

2. Information we collect

• Website visitors: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising trackers.
• Demo and contact requests: the name, business, phone and email you submit so we can respond.
• Customer accounts: business name, owner and staff names, email addresses, phone numbers and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
• Data entered by properties: rooms, bookings, guest names and contact details, payments, charges, expenses and staff tasks. Guest ID numbers are stored encrypted.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, support customers, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

4. Access by our team

Platform administrators can see account and billing information needed to run the service. Looking at a property’s private data is logged in an audit trail.

5. Sharing

We share information only with infrastructure providers that host or deliver the service (for example hosting and email delivery), where required by law, or with your permission.

6. Security and retention

We use access control by role, encrypted storage of ID numbers, hashed passwords, audit logs and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure. We keep data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup and legal purposes, then delete it on request where the law allows.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Guests of a property should contact that property first, as it controls its guest records.

8. Cookies

The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms. The public website does not set tracking cookies.
